June 9, 2013 Sunday cloudy and 46* this morning

Four thousand miles from home before we leave here this morning.
7:30pm update :
We are settled in at High Country RV campground in Whitehorse, Yukon. The trip today was once again scattered with rain but we did get to see some wildlife but not any pictures as they all moved to fast. First was a Red Fox, next Terry and Dale saw a brown bear on a hilltop, next we saw a black bear just off the edge of road but it quickly headed for the woo and disappeared. The other was some type of fox, it was blond with a dark hind quarters and tail, it was running along the side of the road and never looked back.
So since we have owned this RV there has been a horrible squeak over our heads, I washed there the other day and it got worse ??? That's weird, so,when we got settled I started looking in the overhead cabinet thinking they used styrofoam to insulate. I couldn't find anything in or around the cabinets so tore the headliner out. AHHH THERE IT IS! Screws holding the roof of the cab to the overhang of RV, screws were just hanging out and spaced about every 7" apart. I could look through and see outside, it's not even sealed! I fortunately brought some foam insulation and installed and caulked it, then put about an extra dozen screws in and tightened down the other ones. Then I will cover the seam with eternabond to finish the seal. Now, the squeak was the foam backing on the headliner, we will cover it with some cloth and reinstall it and hopefully that will take care of it all. Just more incompetence in the RV industry as expected :-/
We will be here for probably 3 days. Journey so far is 4100 miles. Oh, the Internet in the campground is non existence as expected, just more hype to build themselves up.
