WOW!!!!! That is the easiest expression to describe! Woke this morning to the following pictures, nothing more be said except it only gets better from here
Evening update.
We are camped in a provincial park, no hook ups. Today has been a great observation day. We saw our first mountain goats, first on a far away mountain thapen later right on the road.. We also got to see our first black bear in the wild once again right on the road! We had a mother elk and yearling wonder thru our camp site tonight. We stopped at Lake Louise and got some nice pictures as well as along the way.
The park staff here at the campground told us to be aware that grizzly bear are very active in the area due to the elk calving and elk caves are grizzly a favorite. So upon arriving at our sites Terry and Dale are backing in and find this nice pile of elk poop
