Condiments gone Wild!

  June 3, 2013 Monday, partly cloudy 64*

We have arrived at Dawson Creek which is the beginning of the Alaskan highway! Gas prices soon as we rolled into town were .30 cents per gallon higher which makes gas around $5.30 a gallon. We are at a park called Northern Lights. We will be here for 2 nights. Terry and Dale got a glimpse of a moose this morning but we missed it. We did cross over into British Columbia and setback time another hour so we are now  on pacific time.

Now to the condiments gone wild story, at first I thought it was a fluke till Terry asked us about it, the other day we were eating something that required catsup and when I popped the top it sprayed out like a firehouse! All over the plate, table floor and me! Then Terry said the same thing has happened to him with mustard and mayo! We surmise that the only explanation could be the air pressure from altitude, that's our story and we are sticking to it!

Slow connection at this park so don't know about posting pictures.

Here is the link if you are interested in the Denali webcam http://www.nps.gov/dena/photosmultimedia/webcams-campus.htm click on the you are here link

We have currently travelled 3214 miles since leaving home, I estimate the entire trip will be around 10,000 miles.
