Tulsa

Friday November 18th, 2005

Today we did a little touring of Tulsa, with Micky as pilot we got there with little problem (other than going in exits) . We went to see the Golden Driller standing 76' tall in honor of oilfield workers for an exposition in 1966.

Below, Deanna and Pattil pose with the Penquin underneath Golden Driller.

After some cruising around the city we were starving so decided to try some local flavor pizza. We stopped at Hideout Pizza and it was delicious. 2:00 was the perfect time to eat as no one else was out and the resturant was empty......at least we hope that is why! So a couple quick stops in Tulsa just to be able to say we were here and back to the homestead. Deanna is baking Mickey a chocolate cake as he keeps screaming for some. So tonight he will get some chocolate cake! MMMMMM smells good for sure!Tomorrow morning we will make our way to southern Oklahoma for a week and Thanksgiving dinner. All this eating out stuff is gonna send me back to work!
